In keeping with the minimalist art style, the lighting of the Konrad Fischer Gallery was chosen with the SL 20.3 LED.

A hot spot for contemporary and minimalist art in Berlin is the Konrad Fischer Galerie on Lindenstraße. The building in Berlin-Mitte was designed by architect Hans Heinrich Müller in 1928 and built to house distribution facilities. In recent years, the Konrad Fischer Gallery has established itself in this converted transformer station near Spittelmarkt, around the Springer-Haus on Rudi-Dutschke-Strasse in Kreuzberg.

After an extensive renovation, the gallery was officially opened in 2019. During the renovations, which were carried out under the direction of the architecture firm Heide & von Beckerath and in accordance with the preservation order, special attention was paid to the gallery rooms, their surfaces and their lighting.

In keeping with the minimalist art style, the SL 20.3 LED from Luxsystem was chosen for the lighting. The luminaire also supports the lighting challenge of having minimal damage potential for art objects thanks to the specially manufactured LED light source.
