Europe's largest self-storage centre provider relies on Luxsystem's linear luminaires for façade lighting.

Both living and storage space are becoming increasingly scarce in urban areas. In search of a short-term accommodation of objects and business inventory, companies like Shurgard (in this case in Berlin) offer large-capacity warehouses as the perfect solution. Shurgard Europe is the largest self-storage company in Europe with over 200 locations.

The task for the lighting planners was to convert the façade lighting to LED lighting, whereby the front of the self-storage centre would also exactly match the colour of the Shurgard corporate identity. The premium colour rendering of the SL 20.2 LED RGBW luminaires with perfect adjustability (via DALI Primary N) were key factors that convinced the client it was the perfect solution. Perfect colour rendition with artificial lighting is an important task solved by good lighting, as in this case with the Luxsystem linear LED lighting solutions.
