AkzoNobel is a global leader in the paint and coatings industry and a major manufacturer of speciality chemicals for high quality paints. AkzoNobel is also a supporter of numerous museums worldwide. The company also has its own showrooms at its headquarters in Amsterdam. The lighting design firm Sight Light has used the LED lighting fixture SL 20.2 LED to enhance the new exhibition lighting.

The high colour rendering index of CRI > 94 really brings out the colours used by the artists. The ultra slim luminaires were individually developed for the firm and additionally equipped with a power rail adapter. This greatly facilitated the track assembly. The lighting system is tunable white which greatly enhances the general illumination. The lighting design firm also integrated spot lights for the direct lighting of artworks.
